LME Account Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Join our team as an LME Account Executive (Japanese Speaking) and take on a challenging role that requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of commodity trading and derivatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day servicing of Japanese speaking clients, executing trading requests with a clear focus on their needs.
  • Interaction with clients via telephone, email, and electronic messenger, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Closely collaborate with the Tokyo sales team and be part of the London sales team, interacting with trading, credit, and operations departments.
  • Expand into business development, traveling frequently to assist with European client coverage and produce daily Japanese trading reports for clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English, with experience in commodity and/or financial markets.
  • Driven to succeed, with a strong ability to cope with high-pressure situations and pass regulatory examinations and internal compliance and IT security training.
  • Proficient knowledge of Eikon, Bloomberg, and LME Select, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
