Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and secure shopping environment, protecting stock, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and embody our company values: Think without limits, Own it and back yourself, and Be relevant.
  • Work closely with the store team to identify and mitigate risks, complete safety and security checks, and report any incidents.
  • Ensure company policies and standards are adhered to at all times, including signing visitors in and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Assist the store management in creating a safe and secure workplace and shop floor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting, guiding, and advising customers while maintaining a vigilant and aware presence.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a retail environment.
  • Commitment to working as part of a store team.
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative.
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
