Job Overview
e-Discovery Project Manager at Jameson Legal in London, Jersey, or Guernsey is a challenging role that requires the candidate to be highly organized and detail-oriented. With excellent problem-solving and communication skills, you will lead end-to-end management of e-discovery projects from start to finish, ensuring defensibility and accuracy. The salary for this position is approximately £50,000 - £70,000 per year.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Scoping, budgeting, timeline management, and client reporting for e-discovery projects.
  • Overseeing the collection, preservation, and processing of electronic data, maintaining chain-of-custody and ensuring data integrity.
  • Managing e-discovery platforms, including data loading and maintenance for review and analysis.
  • Designing and implementing workflows for document reviews, aligning with best practices, firm policies, and legal standards.
  • Coordinating with external service providers for tasks such as electronic disclosure, translations, and forensic analysis.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Solid e-discovery knowledge supported by relevant qualifications (e.g., Certified E-Discovery Specialist) and/or experience with industry-recognized e-discovery platforms (e.g., Disco, Relativity, Nuix).
  • Proven experience managing large, complex e-discovery projects, meeting deadlines and handling competing priorities.
  • A developed understanding of other technologies used by leading law firms in dealing with digital evidence.
