Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Digital Evidence Manager to join our team at CV-Library. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of eDiscovery projects, including scoping, estimating, client reporting and more.

Responsibilities


As Digital Evidence Manager, you will:



  • Manage the processes of data collection and preservation, as well as the override of the platform;
  • Maintain work efficiency and data integrity;
  • Develop appropriate definitions, best practices, and legal boundaries to relevant procedures;
  • Coordinate with other service providers in handling complex electronic disclosure or forensic investigation tasks;
  • Perform quality control, report on the status of the assignment to the clients and the teams, and train and assist the staff and the clients in eDiscovery technologies.


Requirements


To thrive in this position, you must possess:



  • Solid experience in eDiscovery, preferred by appearances of certifications like Certified E-Discovery Specialist, or Project Management Professional;
  • Work with systems such as Disco, Relativity or Nuix;
  • A proven track record implementing controls for high-risk projects;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • An appreciation for digital evidence and careful technical aspects.
