Key Responsibilities:

- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient property transactions.
- Drafting legal documents and agreements, including contracts for sale, leases, and transfer deeds.
- Conducting property searches and investigations to identify any potential legal issues or concerns.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Managing and organizing case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in handling conveyancing cases within the UK legal system.
- Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures in the United Kingdom.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation and review.
- Organizational skills to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in using relevant legal software and technology for case management.
