Commercial Mortgage Administrator

Our client, a reputable Directly Authorised Independent Mortgage Brokerage, is seeking a skilled Commercial Mortgage Administrator to join their team in their City of London office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, with experience in keying mortgage applications into lenders' systems, providing support to brokers, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process commercial mortgage applications, including bridging finance and development finance cases
  • Provide administrative support to brokers, including data entry and document management
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring smooth progress of applications through to completion
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and become familiar with the mortgage sourcing system
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, and solicitors to gather original documents and facilitate the application process

Requirements:

  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in mortgage administration or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
