About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team at Your Mortgage Recruiter Ltd. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice to our clients, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide mortgage advice to clients, including residential, buy-to-let, bridging finance, development finance, and commercial mortgage cases
- Work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results and meet client needs
- Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in mortgage regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage broking, preferably in the independent market
- Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ambitious and driven, with a commitment to succeeding in a fast-paced environment
