Job Description
In this exciting role, you will work closely with the Customer Growth leadership team to establish what it means to be the best, identify needs/gaps, and create enablement programs to close the gap for account managers. You will design and deliver best-in-class enablement for both new hires and tenured account managers, and measure the effectiveness and impact to the business.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop and deliver GTM training programs designed to reduce ramp time and increase performance to revenue quotas
- Identify learning objectives, design exercises, run training sessions, facilitate peer learnings, build reinforcement plans, and scale best practices
- Perform needs assessments in coordination with customer growth team leadership and management
- Build strong relationships with customer growth team leadership and serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to your stakeholders

Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a combination of various roles in revenue enablement, customer success, sales, sales training or a related field
