Job Summary

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working autonomously to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a range of conditions. You will also be expected to provide education and training to patients and colleagues, and to contribute to the development of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patients with undifferentiated and complex conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing and reviewing medication
  • Provide education and training to patients and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of the practice, including sharing ideas and best practices
  • Work effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Current registration with the NMC
  • ENP/ECP Minor Injuries and Minor Illness course Level 6
  • Non-medical prescriber qualification
  • Experience of working in a GP practice
