Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive pay rates, with weekdays at £14.35 per hour, Saturdays at £14.90 per hour, and Sundays at £15.00 per hour. Pay rates are reviewed regularly through frequent negotiations. You'll also have opportunities for overtime, extra shifts, and bank holidays, all paid at a premium rate. Our ongoing CPC training will help you develop your skills and advance your career.


About the Role

As a Bus Driver, you'll be responsible for safely transporting passengers along set routes, building relationships with regular customers, and providing excellent customer service. You'll work on a 5 out of 7 rotating shift pattern, with mornings starting from 04:00, afternoons from 12:00, and evenings from 18:00. Overtime is available at request or availability.


To succeed in this role, you'll need to hold a valid PCV licence. If you don't, please apply for our Trainee role, and we'll provide you with all the necessary paid training. Flexibility is key, as you'll need to work a variety of shifts. But don't worry – our staff bus operates a route around Leicester in the mornings and evenings, making it easy to get to work.
