Support Worker for Students with SEN

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their academic progress and personal care needs.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment, making a positive impact on the lives of students who rely on your support to succeed.
The successful candidate will provide one-to-one academic support, assist with personal care tasks, and collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure students receive comprehensive care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide academic support to students with SEN, helping them meet their full potential.
- Assist with personal care tasks, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure students receive seamless support and care.
The salary for this role is £38,000 per annum, based in North London.
