About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Options for Care. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centered care to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based nursing care and support to service users and their carers in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions within appropriate boundaries, as outlined by the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code.
  • Oversee the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within agreed parameters.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of local and national policies and legislation that govern service provision.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council)
  • Evidence of appropriate post-graduate learning
  • Assessor and Mentorship qualification
