Job Title: Integrated Management Systems Specialist

We are seeking an expert Integrated Management Systems Specialist to join our team at Channel Nowhere in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

About the Role:

This is a full-time permanent position responsible for developing and managing integrated management systems that meet the requirements of ISO 9001, 17025, and 14001 standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage an integrated management system based on ISO 9001, 17025, and 14001 standards.
  • Lead the QHSE auditing program, maintain records, and follow up improvement actions.
  • Oversee the QHSE department across multiple sites.
  • Prepare and review policy documentation.
  • Support process development, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Investigate non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain Certificate of Conformance process.
  • Present monthly management information reports.
  • Conduct competence assessments and internal audits.
  • Develop risk management and health and safety strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in QHSE roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sites.
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong team player with effective team management skills.
  • HNC or above in engineering discipline or NEBOSH General Certificate equivalent.
