  • Email Setup: Set up and manage user email accounts to facilitate smooth and secure communication.
  • Support Request Logging: Log support requests, including setting up accounts for new users.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in supporting PC and laptop hardware and software.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases is a significant advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of security and fault management.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear, user-friendly support and guidance.
