Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our team at Exalto Consulting Ltd. As part of our operations team, the Support Engineer will play a key role in providing advanced technical support and maintaining the operational integrity of IT systems, infrastructure, and telecommunications. The Support Engineer will provide expert-level support for complex technical issues escalated beyond the first and second line.
This role involves systems administration, troubleshooting infrastructure problems, ensuring compliance with security policies, and collaborating with external vendors to resolve technical challenges. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in IT systems administration and troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking principles, and cloud technologies. They will also possess in-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, VMware, Oracle, SQL, and software packaging.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT systems administration in a multi-supplier environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking principles, and cloud technologies including Azure, M365, Sharepoint.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, VMware, Oracle, SQL, and software packaging.
  • Experience managing IT security standards and configuring access control.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities and unexpected issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • ITIL V4 Foundation certification preferred.
