About the Role

This Telecare Service Coordinator position is based within the Carelink Team, providing high-quality telecare services and emergency support to vulnerable adults 24/7. The successful candidate will be responsible for professional call handling, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the accurate documentation of all customer interactions.


What You'll Do

You will install and maintain emergency call equipment in customer homes, perform safe and well checks, and coordinate with various agencies as necessary. An essential part of your role is to ensure exemplary service delivery that supports independent living within the community.


Working Arrangements

This is a night shift position, working exclusively from 23:00 to 07:00 on a rotational schedule, including weekends and bank holidays. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.


Qualifications and Experience

An enhanced Adults DBS check is mandatory, as is a full manual driving license. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding customer care, equality, and safety standards is essential.


Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
