Haridol Care Services (HCS) is looking to recruit a Domiciliary Care Manager. We are based in Abbeywood London, SE2. Haridol is a domiciliary care agency for support workers providing care and support while promoting social inclusion to its clients within the community and surrounding areas. We are seeking a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and passionate professional for the post of a **Care Coordinator**

**Job Description.**

The Domiciliary Care Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of Haridol, including administration and co-ordination of teams, along with business development of key customer relationships with the Local Authority, NHS and Private Commissioners of Services. Interested applicants should possess a good working knowledge of health and social care, particularly in relation to supported living and community-based care delivery. They should have the ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines. They must also have strong people management skills and sound communication and commercial understanding.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the day to day running of Haridol, including all relevant line management and on-going development responsibilities for the Co-ordination, Recruitment, Training and Administration of Haridol Team
- Completing rota for the week ahead for Carers.
- Dealing with daily rota changes and job allocation
- Ensuring customer visits are allocated to a carer team.
- Managing the clients call visit/timing/needs.
- Risk Assessment
- Care Plan
- Care Delivery in the Community
- Staff Supervision
- Build and maintain good relationships with all relevant local stake holders; arrange and attend regular meetings with stake holders and utilise Haridol’s relationship to promote business growth and ensure prevention and resolution of knotty issues.
- Attend meetings with people we support, their families, advocates and other professionals alongside the field support and coordinating team.
- Complete relevant quarterly audits with the support of Haridol team to promote the identification of concerns that may lead to service issues which could negatively affect the business.
- Effective implementation and management of any procedure or policy change within the team to ensure quality levels are maintained inline with the regulatory, internal and contractual requirements.
- Manage all complaints, incidents and accidents with support from the team as required.
- Maintain a good knowledge of local competitors and use this to develop and promote the business.
- Manage local tenders and mini-bits as they arise with support from the contracts team, including the preparation and review of the commercial aspects of the proposals for customers in conjunction with finance and oversee the set up of all packages and care from the point of referral.
- Support the development of external tendering/client proposal documentation.

**Skills, Knowledge and experience required**:

- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Social Care
- Possess extensive knowledge of the 5 key Line Enquiries.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in CQC regulations, Health and Social Health Act 2012, Mental Capacity Act 2005, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2018) and knowledge on Every Life Pass System.

Part time Applicant welcome on a 35,000 hours pro rata.
