**PR & Communications Coordinator Advert**

**Job Location: Hill Group Head Office, Waltham Abbey Essex**

Hill Group is an award-winning 5-star housebuilder, creating a range of beautiful homes across London, the South East and more.

We are looking for a PR & Communications Coordinator to join our busy and proactive Corporate Communications team, which covers a full range of communications functions including external and internal communications, PR, digital and social media communications, corporate events and hospitality.

As a PR & Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering effective external and internal communications and supporting business objectives through engaging content, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and demonstrating the impact of PR and communication efforts.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Public Relations
- External Communications - including brochures, awards submissions, blog features.
- Internal Communications - including intranet features, posters, e-newsletters.

**Skills, Experience and Attributes**:

- Previous experience in a PR & Communications role
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Creative content production (InDesign/Photoshop experience beneficial but not mandatory)
- Construction/Housebuilder experience (beneficial but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Able to foster excellent relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative and proactive approach
