Job Role: Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic Payroll Administrator who can process timesheets accurately to tight deadlines. Our ideal candidate is someone with a positive, can-do attitude who can work closely with our sales teams and management to ensure payroll is a painless, hassle-free process for our candidates.

This is a great opportunity for someone motivated, able to learn quickly, and having good attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day processing of timesheets
  • Using various online timesheet systems
  • Producing reports in relation to the weekly payroll
  • Sending payslips
  • Submission of RTI Reports
  • Producing payment schedules for umbrella payments
  • Adding new starters to the payroll system
  • Dealing with payment advances
  • Dealing with candidate payment queries and consultant queries
  • Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment essential
  • Strong communication skills including email and telephone
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good IT skills including Excel
  • Maintain good customer service
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • High level of attention to detail
Salary Information:

We offer an estimated annual salary of £26,500 - £30,000, depending on experience.
