Job Role: Payroll AdministratorWe are seeking a smart, enthusiastic Payroll Administrator who can process timesheets accurately to tight deadlines. Our ideal candidate is someone with a positive, can-do attitude who can work closely with our sales teams and management to ensure payroll is a painless, hassle-free process for our candidates.
This is a great opportunity for someone motivated, able to learn quickly, and having good attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Day-to-day processing of timesheets
- Using various online timesheet systems
- Producing reports in relation to the weekly payroll
- Sending payslips
- Submission of RTI Reports
- Producing payment schedules for umbrella payments
- Adding new starters to the payroll system
- Dealing with payment advances
- Dealing with candidate payment queries and consultant queries
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment essential
- Strong communication skills including email and telephone
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good IT skills including Excel
- Maintain good customer service
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- High level of attention to detail
We offer an estimated annual salary of £26,500 - £30,000, depending on experience.
