We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at Listers in Lincoln.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk-in prospects and internet enquiries to drive sales growth.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products to maximise profitability.
  • Maintain accurate customer contact and vehicle data to ensure the quality and content of our customer database align with regulatory requirements.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Prior experience as an automotive sales representative, retail manager or sales manager is desirable but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • A valid UK driver's licence is mandatory.
