Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our Lexus dealership in Lincoln. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious brand, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for building trust with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to drive sales growth.

Estimated Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000, with opportunities for additional earnings through bonuses and incentives. As a valued employee, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including use of a company car, 33 days' holiday, company pension, wellness program, sick pay, group life insurance, and more.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Building trust and establishing effective relationships with customers to achieve sales goals* Maximising opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, and other marketing initiatives* Achieving monthly sales targets, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products* Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle data to adhere to FCA and data protection obligations* Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and drive business growth

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* A valid UK driving license* Previous experience in sales, retail management, or a related field* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Familiarity with the automotive industry, preferably with motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience* Willingness to undergo training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
