Job Summary

As a Residential Support Worker at Brook Street UK, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities in various settings.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with residents, families, and colleagues to promote independence and fulfill life skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
  • Aid in building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Participate in community-based activities, such as outings, meals, and medical appointments, to enhance residents' experiences.
Requirements
  • 6 months UK-based care experience within the last year or 1 year within the last 5 years.
  • Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship).
  • Willingness to undergo DBS and reference checks.
  • Ability to undertake personal care.
  • Approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging personality.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
