Job Description

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal care and dressing.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Preparing meals and assisting with laundry and cleaning tasks.
  • Record-keeping and maintaining accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a valid DBS check.
  • Possess a national insurance number.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Hold previous experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Have completed relevant health and social care training.
  • Be able to drive and have access to a car.

Estimated salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
