Support Worker

Job Description: As a Support Worker (Adults) at Advantage Healthcare, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.
About the Role:
We're looking for passionate and dedicated individuals who can provide high-quality support to our clients. Your duties will include assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence, as well as helping with practical tasks like shopping and meal preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Help with practical tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients
- Accompany clients on outings and engage in activities and hobbies
Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential
- You must be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Able to travel to client locations using public transport or your own vehicle
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £27,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, Death in Service Payment, Benefits and Well-being Platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), Refer a friend scheme, Cycle to work scheme, and Eligible for Blue Light Card, with access to more than 15,000 discounts nationwide.
