**Support Worker Opportunities**

We're seeking motivated and caring Support Workers to join our team in Llangennech, Llanelli.

As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you'll play a vital role in their life.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assisting with daily activities such as personal care and medication management.
  • Providing emotional support and building meaningful relationships with service users.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver person-centered care.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

This role requires you to be a driver.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A salary of approximately £25,000-£30,000 per year.
  • 24 days' annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time).
