Your Role:
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our pharmacy team as a Trainee Dispenser. As a Trainee Dispenser, you will provide excellent customer service, dispense medicines, and work towards achieving an NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in pharmacy services, while making a real difference to patients' lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to patient queries, providing clear advice on medication and health services.
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to maintain high standards of patient care and minimize dispensing losses.
  • Develop skills and knowledge in pharmacy services, including ordering medicines, labelling, dispensing, endorsing, and collecting prescriptions.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, GPs, and practice teams to promote services and items.


Requirements:
  • No previous experience required; full training provided.
  • Able to work towards an NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer care.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
