About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key deliverer of the Discretionary Assistance Fund (DAF) contract, you will be responsible for processing emergency payments and individual assistance grant applications.

You will work closely with applicants to process information into the DAF solution, undertake eligibility checks, and fully understand the legislation and criteria involved in awarding emergency payments and individual assistance grants. You will also be responsible for managing and processing data in a fast-paced office environment, accurate data recording, and liaising with applicants.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. If you're a team player who is eager to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK, a Full UK Driving License, and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the legislation and criteria involved in awarding emergency payments and individual assistance grants.

You'll also need to be able to work well under pressure, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage and process data in a fast-paced office environment.
