Job Summary
Senior Pharmacy Assistant - Dispensary
Medway NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Pharmacy Assistant to join our Dispensary team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and efficient dispensing services to our patients.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with education and training for dispensary staff and rotational staff
- Maintain accurate dispensing records and records of dispensing errors
- Maintain and follow up the Dispensary to-follows and ordering processes
- Manage and maintain the Virtual Outpatients Clinics
- Support and assist all members of the dispensary team as well as the wider pharmacy team
- Support dispensary staff working on the satellite pharmacy on Galton Day Unit

Requirements
- GCSE (English & Maths C or above)
- NVQ2 (pharmaceutical) or ability to work towards within 6 months
- IT literacy including core Office programs
