Business Development Professional

Join think-cell Sales GmbH & Co. KG as a Business Development Professional and play a key role in driving revenue growth through sales activities and identifying new business opportunities. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales process from pipeline generation to closure.

About the Role
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing and expanding a territory with a focus on balancing new customer acquisition with nurturing existing accounts.
  • Own the entire sales process from beginning to end, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, value proposition presentation, solution demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional results.
Your Profile
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a commercial role (e.g. account management or sales) in a software or tech company, ideally in a startup or growth environment.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Estimated salary: £100,000 - £160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
