Role Overview

The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will be responsible for implementing the Strategic Quality Plan in collaboration with site leadership. This role provides essential quality assurance support to customers, suppliers, partners, and internal manufacturing teams while actively participating in continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform and maintain detailed records of Inspection Plans, ISIRs, and FAIRs.
  2. Develop measurement policies aimed at reducing scrap in the machine shop.
