Quality Engineer Specialist

The ideal candidate should have an HNC qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work-based experience. Additionally, experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer within product development is desirable.
The successful candidate will verify manufacturing processes are fit for purpose, develop operating instructions and troubleshooting guides, and provide training and guidance to colleagues. They will also create production work and test instructions, monitor manufacturing processes, and participate in process improvement teams.
This permanent role offers a salary of £40,000-£45,000 per annum plus other benefits. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, and have good knowledge of problem-solving techniques such as DFMEA/PFMEA and 8D.
