Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Emergency Medicine Specialist to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, providing clinical leadership, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled doctor to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care for patients attending the ED. You will work closely with the nurse in charge, consultants, and other healthcare professionals to maintain optimal patient flow and ensure effective communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to patients, including clinical leadership and supervision of junior medical staff
- Ensure the highest standards of clinical care are provided to all patients attending the ED
- Maintain effective communication with the clinical team, ensuring timely and safe patient care
- Participate in relevant audit and quality assurance processes
- Liaise with clinicians and managers to address issues affecting services

Requirements:
- Valid GMC registration
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
- Minimum 3-6 months' experience as a doctor in the NHS
- References covering 2-3 years as a doctor
- MRCP and Specialist Register status
- Section 12 certification
