As a Dispensing Expert and Quality Assurance Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely dispensing of medications. Your responsibilities will include ordering medicines, checking, dispensing, and endorsing of prescriptions, as well as overseeing the work of Dispensing Team Members when requested by the Responsible Pharmacist. In addition, you will be involved in the preparation, supply, and checking of prescriptions, providing advice and support to patients and colleagues alike. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the high standards of quality assurance that our pharmacy is known for.

The ideal candidate will be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and possess the recognized Accuracy Checking Qualification. They will also have a strong passion for patient and customer care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary package, estimated at £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a base salary of £25,000, plus an annual bonus scheme tied to performance targets.
