Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maximise every member and guest's experience in our club, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service, building strong relationships with our members.
  • Contribute to maintaining high cleaning and hygiene standards in the club, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.
  • Act as a competent key holder, covering shifts as required and providing support to the team.
  • Develop a good understanding of our membership software system, using it to drive sales and retention targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with current fitness challenges, class descriptions, and gym floor focus, participating in these initiatives to enhance the member experience.
  • Support the Fitness Manager with gym floor operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Ensure you have experienced our products and services, providing expert knowledge to our members.
  • Take an active role in maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities, working with the team to exceed expectations.
  • Drive secondary spend KPI targets, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and enhance the member experience.
  • Competently deal with member complaints, escalating issues to the relevant manager as needed.
