Job Title: Grant Making and Operations Coordinator

The Adsum Foundation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grant Making and Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient processes are in place for evidencing, instructing, and monitoring grant payments, maintaining and updating grant partner and general operational records and reports, and supporting the Board, including handling aspects of the meeting lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, including data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
  • Assist with the due diligence process of prospective grant partners, including reviewing applications and monitoring and evaluation reports.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement effective grant management systems and processes.
  • Support the Board, including handling aspects of the meeting lifecycle, such as preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including grant partner and general operational records.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience, preferably in a grant management or operations role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of grant management principles and practices, including grant writing, reporting, and evaluation.
