Job Title: Grant Making and Operations Coordinator

The Adsum Foundation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grant Making and Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and facilitate the continued high-quality delivery of the grant making function and general operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with ensuring efficient processes are in place for evidencing, instructing, and monitoring grant payments.
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies.
  • Support the Operations Manager with the review of project outcomes and propose, agree, and implement changes.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, responding to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collate and review grant applications and monitoring and evaluation reports.
Requirements:
  • IT literate with demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Sound planning and organizational skills.
  • Experience or interest in developing skills in using various software platforms, including Facebook, Canva, WordPress, and Arc GIS.
  • Experience or interest in developing skills in Data Protection Officer responsibilities.
