KS2 Teacher for Pupils with Autism and Learning Disabilities

About the RoleREESON Education is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Key Stage 2 teacher to join our team in a special educational needs school in Lambeth.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement, independence, social skills, literacy, and numeracy skills.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing personalized educational programs for each student, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and monitoring and assessing student progress.
- Fostering a Supportive Classroom Environment:
- Create a nurturing and inclusive space that encourages student growth and development.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of SLD or experience working with young pupils with ASD.
- Experience working in a special needs education setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
