Job Overview

CV Library is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with our electrical manufacturing client, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure timely responses to their inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and client preferences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay informed about new products and promotions.
  • Provide input on market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales and account management.
Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of experience in commercial sales, preferably within the electrical industry.
  2. Strong understanding of the electrical industry and its applications.

The estimated salary for this role is between £42,000 - £45,000 per year, plus benefits including a company car and an uncapped yearly bonus based on performance.
