Barton Peveril Sixth Form College is looking for an administrative professional to join their Estates Team. As an Estates Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including managing Lettings of College spaces for external customers. You will also respond to Helpdesk enquiries and log jobs, as well as being the first point of contact for the Estates Team on phone, email, and radio calls.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and organisational skills. You should be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, contractors, and lettings customers, and be a team player who is flexible within your work.
