As a facilities maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality maintenance service to the hospital and surrounding sites. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing general building maintenance duties, including carpentry, joinery, roofing repairs, decorating, fire door maintenance, and other related tasks
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Responding to emergency call-outs and carrying out repairs as required
