Academic Support Teacher

As a dedicated SEN tutor, you will be working closely with teachers to provide one-to-one support to students with complex needs. This role requires confidence and adaptability in managing challenging behaviors and adapting lesson plans to meet individual learning requirements.
- Experience working with PMLD students/pupils
- A calm, patient, and caring personality
- A good understanding of child and adult protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Excellent classroom management
