VetPlus is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Efficiency Expert to improve our warehouse and logistics operations.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £75,000 per annum.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Efficiency Expert to develop and execute our warehouse and logistics strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement warehouse strategy, supervise space utilisation, manage staff, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Review and enhance logistics processes, oversee all incoming and outgoing goods, and ensure regulatory compliance for international shipments.
  • Supervise waste management and maintain site cleanliness.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate proven experience in supply chain management, logistics operations, and process improvement.
  • Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrate attributes such as honesty and integrity, high standards of personal conduct, respect for colleagues, collaboration, and personal responsibility.
