Part-time Lodge Manager Lead

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Part-time Lodge Manager for our retirement apartments in Emsworth. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with a passion for working with people. This varied and interesting role will see you co-ordinating the development and related activities, making a positive difference every day to the lives of our Home Owners.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to Owners
- Liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and organising activities and events for Owners
