We are looking for a talented and experienced Store Manager to lead a team with the skills to deliver a profitable store and exceed budget targets and KPIs. As the largest franchise of Costa Coffee, we pride ourselves on being exceptional and delivering great experiences to our customers, communities, and people. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the best team is in place, maximising financial performance, and working closely with your Operations Manager. We are ambitious and commercially aware, with a presence and personality to influence the day-to-day business and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a customer-facing role, be fully flexible with working hours, and willing to travel.
