Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with estate agency teams, attracting new customers, and providing expert advice on mortgage products and services. Key Responsibilities
  • Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
  • Attracting new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment
  • Providing expert advice on mortgage products and services to meet customer needs
  • Taking part in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships
Requirements
  • Fully qualified CeMAP or industry equivalent
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • Fully licensed driver with access to a vehicle
