Senior Dental Nurse

Responsibilities
- Help dentists in the clinic.
- Greet patients and provide a warm and welcoming environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
- Explain treatment plans and financial options to patients
- Coordinate with insurance companies to verify coverage and submit claims
- Assist in the coordination of patient referrals to specialists
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with all privacy and confidentiality regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients

**Requirements**:

- Preferred GDC registered
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
