This includes undertaking highly skilled and specialist work in the musculoskeletal/sports and training injury area.
This will be as part of a multidisciplinary primary healthcare team within a Group Practice delivering general medical services and elements of occupational health to military personnel and trainees; the Group Practice is formed of six sites in the Portsmouth area and the physiotherapist may be required to work occasionally across the sites.

Job description Job responsibilities Duties of this role include, but are not limited to:To perform highly skilled physio-therapeutic assessment of patients by Consultants, General Practitioners and Physiotherapist with diverse presentations and complex and acute / chronic physical conditions and sports injuries.To use clinical reasoning skills to provide an accurate clinical diagnosis.To formulate, develop and deliver specialised individualised treatment programmes and exercise programmes based upon evidence-based practice, manual assessment and appropriate clinical reasoning.Ensuring high standards of administration of physiotherpay care when referring patients to other members of the Multi-Disciplinary Team both within the military system and external agencies.Please see the attached job description and person specification for further information.Selection Process DetailsThe selection at sift stage will be based on your CV.
