Job Title: Technical Records Administrator
Job Summary:
The Technical Records Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all aviation company and customer technical records, and operational administration comply with internal procedures, customer procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Airport Access Pass Applications
- Assist in arranging CRC's and GSAT for airport pass applications
- Arrange initial and annual Airside Driver Permit (ADP) applications
- Coordinate the booking of Hearing Tests
- Arrange requested First Aid and Fire Training for Line Station staff
- Raise Purchase Requisitions
- Administer staff line station car parking applications and renewals
- Onboarding administration for New Starters
- Booking Flights, Hotels and Hire Cars via internal approval process
- Ensure MOT's and Road Tax are up to date for company vehicles
- Ordering Uniform and issue
- Ensure databases are kept up to date
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure best available prices are achieved
- Cross cover with colleague counterparts during annual leave periods
- Accomplishment of such other tasks required by Line Maintenance Manager
- Support Tool Loan administration/customer management/logistics
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Regulatory requirements and Internal procedures
- Perform audits of all ATL (Aircraft Technical Log) pages, Work Packs, Engineering Documentation and any further documentation denoting maintenance carried out on aircraft
- Scan and electronically file all documentation in the correct location and format according to local procedures
- Use MRO PRO Software to support Technical Records activities and any other requirements
- Where required carry out tasks, within capabilities, to assist other departments within the organisation
- Support and contribute to any continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Must hold the rights to live & work in the UK
- Aviation background would be a benefit
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of programs used in daily office administration functions such as Word and Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Aptitude for helping others with a can-do attitude
- Full Driving licence & willing to visit other Company sites
