We are a dynamic financial services company dedicated to providing excellent mortgage solutions for our clients. As a leading provider of mortgage services, we are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to support our team.
Role Overview:
As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the mortgage application process, liaising with clients, lenders, and brokers to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications. You will handle administrative tasks, manage documentation, and provide a high level of customer service throughout the mortgage process.
- Manage and process mortgage applications from submission through to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lender requirements.
- Liaise with clients, mortgage brokers, lenders, and solicitors to collect necessary documentation and information.
- Maintain and update client files, ensuring all data is recorded accurately on CRM systems.
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met and that all documentation adheres to regulatory standards.
- Work closely with the sales team and mortgage advisors to support the end-to-end mortgage process.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, products, and changes in mortgage regulation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lender requirements.
- Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders, and solicitors to collect necessary documentation and information.
- Manage client files, ensuring all data is recorded accurately on CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met and documentation adheres to regulatory standards.
- Support the sales team and mortgage advisors in the mortgage process.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, products, and changes in mortgage regulation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in mortgage administration or financial services administration is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry and products is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
