Senior Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to support our dynamic sales team at Universal Business Team.
The successful candidate will efficiently manage diaries and inboxes, organize client meetings, and produce quotes and proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and organization
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to drive growth and success
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring up-to-date sales pipeline information
- Host customer visits and follow up on meeting actions, ensuring exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent phone skills and a natural rapport builder
- Persistence and tenacity in following through on tasks
- Proficiency in Office 365, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Team leadership qualities or experience is desirable
